Respect First
Treat opponents kindly. No trash talk, harassment, or poor sportsmanship.
Touch-Move (when agreed)
For serious games, players may agree to play touch-move. If it's casual, just be clear up front.
Phones & Outside Help
No engine assistance during games. For casual play, keep phones off the board and be fair.
Clocks
If a clock is used, agree on the time control before starting and keep it consistent.
Disputes
If something gets unclear, pause the clock and ask a club organizer for a ruling.
Post-Game Analysis
Analysis is encouraged — just make sure both players are done and willing before reviewing moves.
